Because our products are specialized and often made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been successfully placed and fulfilled.
Please review your cart carefully, verify all product compatibility, and ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once a product has entered the manufacturing process or has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our 3D-printed and manufactured parts. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a structural defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Note: Minor surface variations or layer lines are a normal part of the 3D printing and manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, JFORM DESIGNS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
