Shipping policy

Here is a shipping policy tailored for JFORM DESIGNS. Since your items are manufactured and 3D printed, this policy builds in a processing window so customers know their custom parts might take a few days to produce before heading out the door.

Processing Times Because our tool organization systems and automotive accessories are specialized and often manufactured to order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and packed prior to shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS from our facility in Illinois.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages As noted in our Return Policy, JFORM DESIGNS is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 5 days so we can evaluate the situation.

  • If your package is lost or stolen: If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
